I’m a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and Crystal Healing Practitioner whose passion lies in helping people connect with themselves on a deeper level.

My method is gentle, open, and bespoke — we’ll journey deep, but I’ll go with your flow. I’m certified in several intuitive healing modalities to help you navigate transitions, release blockages, and honor your truth.

Offerings

  • A clearing and awakening experience rooted in my signature approach. We’ll work with healing crystals, Usui Reiki, sound healing, and shamanic practices to release blockages and negative energies, harmonize the chakras, and bring clarity to the present moment.

    Sessions last 30-60 minutes. Remote or in person in NYC or Westport, CT. Free initial phone consultation required to confirm in person appointment.

  • A deep soul exploration rooted in the ancient art of laying stones on the body. Ideal for bringing awareness, clarity, and healing to stubborn blockages, negative patterns, and areas of emotional complexity.

    Sessions last 90-120 minutes. In person only in Westport, CT and NYC. Free initial phone consultation needed to confirm appointment.

  • Through this offering, I personally recommend and source the ideal crystals for your sacred space (studio, nursery, office, or otherwise). I will hand select them to meet your unique aesthetic and energetic requirements.
